Service Cancellation

Flameartol provides professional decluttering and organization services. As these are personalized services that begin immediately upon agreement, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

Cancellation Terms

Clients may cancel scheduled decluttering services under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before scheduled service: 50% refund or rescheduling available
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled service: No refund, but rescheduling may be available
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund

Refund Policy

Refunds for completed services are generally not available, as decluttering services are performed immediately and cannot be returned. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.

Rescheduling Services

We understand that circumstances change. Clients may reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to rescheduling fees.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify the scope of work after services have begun, please discuss this with your service provider. Modifications may result in adjusted pricing based on the new scope of work. Any changes will be confirmed in writing before proceeding.

Weather and Emergency Cancellations

In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies that make service delivery unsafe or impossible, services will be rescheduled at no charge to the client. Flameartol will notify clients as soon as possible in such circumstances.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our decluttering and organization services. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 7 days to discuss options. We may offer follow-up sessions or adjustments to address specific concerns at our discretion.

Please provide your name, scheduled service date, and reason for cancellation when contacting us. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.
